The food is delish and service is awesome. Have been going to El Chapala for over 8 years and have never been let down...Best Margaritas in town and always served with a smile.
I ordered two plain Hamburgers here, when I opened the bun to check if it was cooked well-done, I noticed a pile of foamy white stuff on the bun...The burgers were cold and barely browned. I have Crohn's disease and I suffer from blood in my stool whenever I eat contaminated food, and these callous people did not even have the decency to refund my order when I raised this issue with them. If you trust people who will spit in a stranger's food, this is the place for you.
Food was delicious! My friend invited me because they’ve been there many times and it’s always good. The most noticeable for me though was the friendly staff. The host, waiter, and cook. We got a welcome “amigo” handshake when we arrived and finished from the waiter. So very nice.
It was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant. The service was awesome. We will definitely return ���
