we found a hair in our food and when we let the waiter know we were called liars and told we put it there so we didn't have to pay! I have never not paid for my food. after being accused of placing it there ourselves my husband said he wasn't paying. the manager came over and told us to leave and I showed him how much my son ate and told him I would pay and he told us to leave. it was a horrible experience and the food was mediocre at best. we will never support this business again . RecommendedAmazing service!!!! Love coming here with my family to eat. I rented the banquet room and the service was AMAZING. We ran out of food and ordered more, in lesss than 15 minutes we had a new order. More than 90 happy guests, our party was amazing, thanks to chapala servers and workers. Thank you!!!
Cold food in buffet I was on my birthday lunch very disappointed won’t be going there again or recommend this buffet . It use to be good in the past.

Last nigh we went in there all 5 of us, it took the server 10 minutes to even come to the table to ask if we wanted something to drink!!! There was 4 table in the whole restaurant!!! When she came to the table she was very rude!!! When taking our order she wasnt even listing, we got the wrong food and once we got our food we never seen our server again in tell we got up and asked for our bill... very disappointed in the service there!!!!
