Horrible customer service. The rep on the phone who works at the front desk was rude when I called to reschedule my appointment. It’s not my fault your hours are listed incorrect on Google. Google lists that you open at 8:30 and my appointment was set for 8:25 makes no sense. Next time don’t be so rude when telling me you open at 8:00 am because you just lost a patient. Fix your posted business hours if you plan on having a positive business relationship…especially when dealing with mental health patients. Sincerely, A Futur... read more
To the previous Poster Jeffrey, The fire alarm has only gone off that one particular time at 4am. It was a false alarm on account of the alarm system, not anyone's fault. The fire department showed up because they have too, The issue was resolved and there haven't been anymore false alarms. There's a fire station near by not to mention El Cajon blvd is like a thru way right here, emergencies happen, even at 4am sometimes.
