Tested my pup for parvo, she showed no signs of parvo the vet tech was rude said she has parvo. The test looked negative to me. they made me prepay for my visit (never been there before). The vet didn't even examine my pup or touch her or even look at the test. Just took the techs word for it. we took her home quarantined her and she still seemed perfectly fine. Took her to another vet clinic and they confirmed she does NOT have parvo. I feel like El Centro just wanted $$. it's sad to see practices like this not truly caring... read more

We came in as a walk in this evening because one of our pups had impaled his paw with a small stick while running in the backyard. We called to see if they could see us and the receptionist told us to come right in. When arriving we waited less than 10 minutes before the put us in an exam room. The doctor came in with the technician right away and borrowed him for maybe 5 minutes. Removed the stick and we were out of there. He’s now home sleeping like a baby! My dog was 8 years old, went in for a skin infection.... 3 days later he is DEAD!! I am SO unhappy with the care that he received here!! He didn’t deserve to die!! So for that reason- I CANNOT recommend this clinic!!!
Always available no matter what the issue. The Vets and the staff truly love all their 4 legged clients and work well with their 2 legged friends that bring them in.
I would like to thank El Centro for their continued love they showed my baby Lola for the past 7 1/2 years. Your staff is amazing and so heart warming and I cannot express the gratitude for all you guys have done for us. Thank you Lexi, Paula, Britton the front staff, the housing staff and Dr Davis. We know Lola is in a better place but your staff loved her when she stayed the night or cane in for visits. Thank you again
The service at Elcentro is excellent, the staff is very friendly and resourceful. I would recommend them to everyone.
