My dog needed to go to the vet today. My regular vet and was closed today. I saw that El Centro was open and taking walk ins. So I brought my dog for a visit. Even though it was not the best of news but it was news I needed to hear. I cannot appreciate how compassionate they were during the visit. Dr. Sofaly came out of my truck with a tech to help me with my dog and after the visit they both helped me back out to the truck with her. They were absolutely amazing and comforting. Thank you!

I just wanted to thank Dr. Z and all the staff for the excellent care my cat, Chloe, received last month! She is doing great and is definitely back to 100% of her "catness"! I will continue to use y'all for all of Chloe's needs! Thank you again!
I really like the vets and staff at this clinic. Their prices are reasonable as well. I have brought several pets to them and they have always been treated great. Recently, I had a very sick cat who required extra care and they were so empathetic and helpful. They even helped me get a referral to a specialist. The only thing that I didn't like was that when my cat was on an IV and catheter, if he had to stay on it over the weekend, he would have had to been transferred to the After Hours Vet and I didn't like that he would h... read more
I would just like to take a minute to appreciate the team of ECPMC for being so nice and caring. I highly recommend your pet in for a visit. Kali is feeling great already! We both thank you for that. :)
The staff and Doctors are absolutely wonderful. I brought my new puppy in for a wellness exam and his first set of shots. It was a relief to know that he didn't have any underlying problems. We will be bringing Sampson back in the many years to come.
We just recently moved to Killeen, and El Centro has treated our pets with amazing care! They took great care of our little Mace when he got neutered, and even stayed during their lunch hour whenever I showed up with my other dog for a emergency situation! The staff is friendly, they listen to your questions and concerns, and make sure your pet is healthy an happy!
