El Centro Pet Medical Center has been excellent for both my personal pets and my foster pets. I discovered them when I adopted a kitten from the animal shelter and they were on the free spay voucher list. They treated my semi-feral kitten with professionalism and caring. They have been very helpful with my multitude of foster babies, offering options to fit my budget. If I ever become an official rescue...I will ask them to be my rescue veterinarian.
I've been visiting El Centro for about 14 years by happenstance. When we bought our dog from a local shop they were listed on the "pet warranty" and we also knew a friend of a friend that worked there. Over the years we have visited numerous time and have never been enticed to leave their business. They have provided my little four legged family members with the best care and compassion while being treated and are never too busy to explain the ins and outs of the diagnosis or treatment plan. It's been a few years since we've lived in Killeen but El Centro has certainly made a lasting impression. One of our dogs is kind of high maintenance, he has sever food allergies and he also tore liniments in his hip as a puppy. We had taken him to two other vets with different opinions that didn't work for him. When we took him to El Centro, they made sense of everything going on with him.
