Have been coming here for 2 years and have not been disappointed with the food or service. The decor is amazing. Service is much improved from prior visits, staff actually cares. Tasty food, large portions, great tropical drinks. Recommend their Tuna and Cannellini Bean Salad and a hearty bowl of soups be it vegetarian, beef or chicken.
I wanted a great location to throw a surprise dinner for my boyfriend with 15 guests. El Caserio was so, so helpful in making this happen. I got a gorgeous table on the patio, they stored my cupcake cake for the day, brough it out and sang. The service was on key even though they were super busy (8:30 on a Saturday) and the food was DELICIOUS. There was no charge or deposite for the large party and the patio is gorgeous. I suggest this place to anyone trying to find a great location for a birthday dinner.

Food amazing as always. Service has improved immensely. Went in for a birthday at 7pm on a Saturday night. As before, didn't feel like we had one particular server assigned to us. The difference this time, is that we had multiple staff checking in regularly, so no one dropped the ball. Great Food, Wonderful Decor – I didn't know what to expect but I was looking for something new and I have never tried Ecuadorian cuisine. It is amazing! THE WORST RESTAURANT IN TOWN!!!! BE WARE – Are you seriously speaking about the same restaurant? The SERVICE WAS DISGRACEFUL!! The Food honestly was OK...but the entire ambiance was horrible. I do not recommend this place to no one. Of course these people don't care how they treat you because they don't give you the option of tipping them for their good/bad service...they automatically tag 18% gratuity on to your bill.
