I had recently purchased a rubrail for a Searay boat from this store , I brought in the old piece for an exact match, Eduardo de las cavadas ( Eddie) , was the person who ordered and who did all the transaction , three weeks later my item arrived, turn out to be the wrong part,,he checked again for the right part and told me it was discontinued, he proceeded to my refund but took 20% of the purchase price for restocking fees,,for something that was his mistake, horrible and unprofessional services, will never step foot on... read more
