The Chef at the Capataz is very creative with his menu. The different beers in tap are my favorite.
Special ... Every dish is special and has a hint of something delicious you can't identify but makes you want more. The Shrimp Capataz taste as if each shrimp jumped from the ocean onto your plate to be brushed lightly with a piquant olive oil glaze. The mussels are divine in a creamy but light sauce with piquillo. Prime rib is perfect and served with a rich dollop of horseradish cream. Even the squash is spectacular! How does that happen? Best original cocktails anywhere.
