I lived in a unit handled by them in Orange County, CA and within the year I dealt with: - Trash not getting taken out for 2 weeks - Hot water getting shut off consistently - Parking tickets - was told I didn't need a permit to park in the neighborhood where the unit was located at, which was incorrect. The city requires the property management to apply for parking permits for the unit. By the time the mgmt was informed, the city had changed their laws to not allow apartments tenants to get permits. El Camino Property Management are very good at what they do from the point of first contact to Maintenance from Minerva to Melvin very easy to get along with
08/1/2025 = 2 Star = I'm happy on 1st year , after that they increase every year , not recommended to family ang friends if need a longterm stay
Hate it here. Horrible Neighborhood! car got stolen twice. Properties are not maintained (paint chipping holes ect mold under sink, flickering bathroom lights. Management was good until you have an issue then they turn into a problem. Smh. I wish I never moved here.
Waisted my time with a landlord who has a trauma and a stereotype issues from previous tenants. I believe that they knew since the first beginning yet they kept on killing time with extremely slow messages. The house was a disaster. The post said it has two bathrooms while it has one bath and another disgusting half bath in the garage. What a shame!
