I got a gift card for xmas from my son in which was for the platinum package which I get every time when I pash cash!!!So I went inside to give them the gift card and they told me that it's going to cost me an extra $13 because it's a low profile vehicle. I said well when I pay I never been told that!! Now I could see if it was a huge 4-door truck then it would cost extra. My car is 2 door hatch back!! So there gift card are pointless!! I am not very happy at all!!
There's a police report made , one of the guys clearly stole my medication from my car ....
Been going to these guys for 10+ years, always had great service. You must avoid busy hours here and Atascadero if you are really in a rush, great job guys.
Horrible service. I don't think the inside of the car was even touched. Very disappointed.
Watch yt? These guys are are thirds nd did considerable damage to my when I ask them to please fix the damage told me to piss off . Then refused to answer there phones . Was shocked to discover the owner A. SANTIAGO HAS MULTIPLE FELONEYS FIR AUTO MOBILE THEFT IN HIS PAST AND A DOMESTIC ASAULT . Most of his employees are mulligans with no legal right to work in the US and pays them under legal wages 4.25 an he last I checked it was 10 . I'm filing with better business folks and filing small claims for the damages . Who knows ... read more
Well, they didn't damage the car but they sure didn't get it clean either. I paid for the gold package and there was still trash, crumbs etc on the floor, bugs and dirt on the fenders and sticky spots on the interior. I used to always have to re-vacuum after a car wash but this is ridiculous.
