to start the man that drove my truck up to get vacuumed decided to put both hands on top of my drivers door and swing on it to get out. it's a lifted f150. not cool. I asked why he did that and if he does that to all the trucks and he said ya, it dont her nothing??? second they didn't even open the rear doors to vacuum the back seats or floor? I requested it to be vacuumed and the manager on duty said they did. never coming back. I'd like a refund. poor service
I went in yesterday I had a coupon for a free platinum car wash. They quit honoring them. Really needed a good detail like I have gotten in the past from them. Spent $140.00 left my car for 4 hours. When I arrived they were not finished they were doing other cars. They used soo much interior dressing it it was slimy. Windows still had a film. I had to ask them to wipe the mistakes off my car.
