Flowers were beautiful but the customer service was very disappointing. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address. When we called about this several different times, we were assured (several different times) that the flowers had been delivered to the correct address and that we had just missed it and that the flowers must’ve been stolen, even when we told them we were waiting by the door for them and that the doorbell did not ring. Lady who works there so unprofessional, her attitude is like "why you are here" Well I wish I never come inside. And yes ,for sure not again cause she was not helpful at all.
What an easy and simple experience. Beverley took great care of me. Allowed me to have a wonderful flower arrangement sent over to my mom for her Birthday. Thanks!
