I went in today after sitting at Team Kia/Mazda for 4 hours yesterday looking to get approved for a new car. Not only did they fight for me to get approved for a newer and larger vehicle but they also put me in something more luxurious. ❤️ Annie, Bob, Sasha, and Wally were AMAZING at getting me approved. This place is an actual JOKE! Do not go here. Reporting this place to the BBB or whoever will do something. All of these mechanics do not deserve jobs. Came in for an oil change & OVERALL MAINTENANCE of a car. When I came to pick up the car they had NOT changed my break lights (they were out), they had NOT filled up the break fluid (it was almost completely out), & they had NOT even checked my wipers to see if they worked properly (which they don’t and I needed new ones). Amazing customer service. All that helped me were super friendly and answered all of my questions. Walked in having previously viewed their cars on line. They were reasonably priced and in great condition. Walked out within a few hours with my "new to me" used vehicle. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy!
