Idk what to say about the service dept. i just go back here cause i need to have my cousins car installed the alarm and at first they want me to wait i said no since i got a heads up that it will take 3-4hrs... So got a rental and no courtesy call from CHAD bout what time i can get the car back he told me not til the next day. Uhm question what time did u know that they cant do the alarm and do u have a plan to call me? Pissed and annoyed that he dont have a word. Good thing didnt wait the whole time there.
