Blue Corn comes from the Indian pueblos of northern New Mexico. These fresh ingredients may lead to some seasonal variations. We have been a staple in East Lansing and MSU for 35 years, and touched 5 decades with great food.

Not really impressed. Even the chips and salsa was below average. Waitress was great but food was sub par.
Waitress was on top of things-brought us everything and made sure we had enough of chips and both salsas. Tacos were good and beer was fresh-I like this El Azteco waaaaay better than the East Lansing location-I'm going back again and again! Thank you El Azteco!!!
Been going for as long as I can remember and it was so nice to see that even on Cinco De Mayo that their quality of food didn't change. The service was slow that day but its not usually and you can't blame them for that. Margaritas were fantastic and the burritos and salsa are to die for!
Best cheese dip EVER! And the Margaritas are killer. 👍🏻
Great food great people that work there. I been going there for over 15 years never had a problem with service.
The place was great in the day but I think they are slipping. Temp in the restaurant was about 60 degrees or less. Everyone there had to wear jackets. Waitress got 3 out of 4 orders wrong. My youngest daughter ended up taking her entire dinner home with her because everyone else had finished.
Live in GR now, but an hour drive is definitely worth it!! Always love the food and employees are friendly & helpful!! I came here weekly back in the 80s
