We drove all the way from west bend because we heard how good the food was, and left more than satisfied. I thought I was going to have loosen up my belt because we gorged out on a big huge nacho plate, combination dinners, and then a desert chimichanga. Not to mention we also enjoyed ourselves a few mexican beers. nothing like a few beers and mexican food. all they need is a TV and i would stop in on my home from work to knock back a few, and catch a game.
El Azteca is a welcome change from the usual burger/pizza joints in the area. The Fajitas Cancun cant be beat, along with the Mahi-Mahi Tacos...everything is fresh & hot. Nice variety of Mexican beers is a plus....the Margaritas are not too sweet or too sour, just right!!! The decor & staff make for a cheery place to dine in Mayville.

My family and I went to this resturant on their opening weekend and the food was terrible. The food was not cooked all the way, and was cold in the middle also the food was also overpriced. We will never go their again and I would suggest the same to anyone who plans to go their.

We too were not that impressed by opening night either with some friends from Campbellsport. Were from Appleton, but since we have friends that live in Campbellsport, and we visit them often enough, we decided to try them again. The food was AWESOME! My Husband ordered a Parriada Azteca, and it was an amazing fajita, with everything from steak to lobster! We were so impressed by the decor and atmosphere! It was unbelievable how authentic the carnitas were and we felt like we were in Mexico again! The margaritas were superb, and fresh made like at the bars in Cancun. We are hooked for good now! Not a complaint from these happy customers
The service was very very fast as well was our food and it came sizzling. I had so much food leftover that I had the rest of my shrimp fajita the following day. You can get a lot of food for so little, so how can you refuse good service and hot food at a reasonable price.
