They did not listen to the instructions on how to prepare the food we ordered. We had to go to the hospital due to my darling have an anaphylactic shock, which we are still waiting for their liability insurance to cover. We have attempted to contact several times and keep getting hung-up on. We are doing a certified letter with our demands for mitigation and have already contacted a lawyer should our attempts go on deaf ears.
