I worked with El Agave for the catering for my sister's wedding rehearsal dinner. Gabby was super flexible and great and communicating, and the food was wonderful. Everyone talked about how good it was. There was plenty of food for everyone (honestly, we had a lot leftover - there was that much!) and it was a good value. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to cater a meal for 50-75 people like I was.
