Very nice housing community, beautifully landscaped. The grounds are exceptional, with a large variety of trees and shrubbery; plants and lawns are all well-kept. Many of the trees are flowering types. Large common areas for guests and family gatherings, as well as a swimming pool, ample parking, both covered and uncovered. I’ve lived here for 7 years, and it’s been an amazing home. We’re relocating to Arizona and need more space, but I truly loved living here. A huge shoutout to Perla, the manager, and the entire office and maintenance staff. Leo in maintenance has been incredible — always responsible, responsive, and fast. Thank you all for making this community such a great place to call home!
I had a pleasure meeting the management team at this property . They are all professionals and trying their best to accomodate and deliver the best to the residents. The community is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. I highly suggest this location for whoever is looking to move to Rancho Bernardo area.
