Terrible job of screening people in a timely manner!
Traffic and parking was insane. I would never see another show here.
My husband and I went to the TSO concert on Saturday December 3rd at the 3:00 show, and although the show itself was outstanding, the gate 9 entrance was something else. We got in line at 2:15, plenty of time to get to the show on time. They only had one door open at that gate, and when we got about to the doors a security man came out and said " there are other doors open around the other side of the building." Needless to say, by the time we got into the stadium, we had missed the first 30 minutes of the show we had paid t... read more
Went to see TSO. The show was great, but the venue was terrible. First the traffic was terrible. Then a very, very long line to get inside the facility. The people directing traffic in the parking lot , the venue personell were rude. The only friendly workers were at the refreshment center. Then the seating. Horrible. Very steep, we would have had to climb over 7 people to get to our seats and the seating is extremely cramped. My party and I ended up standing for the show. I will not go back.
TSO was absolutely fabulous. Will see them again at another venue. Arrived early and was directed to a spot that almost impossible and FOREVER to get out!
A poorly ran, understaffed facility that has no respect for those who patronize their events. For example, each gate could easily accommodate 4 to 6 lines to scan tickets and check bags. However no more than two lines were set up at each gate for a sold out show! If available, I would highly recommend seeing your chosen event in Cincinnati, Columbus or Indianapolis. Less hassle, better organized.
I loved the show (TSO)! Took my mom, her first time. The seats are small. A tall person has a difficult time with the seats being close together. The workers were awesome! Everyone was there to help you at every turn.
TSO show was awsome, what i got to see of it. Just dont spend more money for floor seats, they packed the chairs so tight most of the show was the back of someones head. More money = less visibility. Parking wasnt bad, it was a nightmare, where pedestrians just walked in the way of traffic. Apparently the lady in charge of looking at my tickets forgot her glasses or she was illiterate so it took 2 others to figure what my tickets said, looking at me like it was my fault they were under trained. Blocked off streets and stairs... read more
TSO WAS AWESOME! BUT....traffic/parking was beyond ridiculous! We arrived 20min before showtime, but because they had sooooo many entrances blocked we were 30min late to the show. Now we cant even get out of our parking spot, let alone get out of the lot! Grrr
