I was very disappointed in the poor organization of the traffic and parking. It took one hour to go one mile on 675 to the off ramp and then another 30 min to get into the parking lot to park. After the event was over, it took another hour to get out of the parking lot, not to mention there were not enough shuttles and had to walk the entire way to the furthest parking lot. Get it together, Nutter Center.
TSO was awesome but seriously Nutter you have been open long enough to handle large crowds The lines to get in were ridiculous Only one person scanning tickets at one gate. Guy says no line at gate 3 but he is saying it at the front of gate 2 So why don't you go to the back of the long line and tell people that Was sent to parking by WSU physicians building Too far away and not enough shuttle buses Just crazy Will go to Cincinnati or Columbus for next concert. Way less hassle
TSO was AMAZING!!! But, it took us 90 min to get from the exit to our seat. There was no one directing traffic and seemed to relish only have one way in to park. We weee an hour early on our arrival but 30 min late with how unorganized it was getting there. That was very disappointing!
Only thing I would recommend is have one of the staff out in front directing people from the start about the different gates that were open, everyone crowded around the main entrance and when one of the staff came out and stated other gates would be open(ie if you are in seat 200-203 got to gate here, etc), it would have made a smooth entrance to where people could enter close to their seats. Show outstanding. The absolute WORST bus to/from car service (Buckeye)...Extremely poor organizing. Also...what's with all the people in and out during the show with food? It was clear lots of you could have lived the 2 hours without snacks!
TSO was amazing however WSU parking was GOD AWFUL! they said there was shuttles and their wasn't and no one was directing traffic when we were leaving which ended up taking us over an hour to even move 1 car length.
Easy to get to, clean facility, not a bad seat in the house.
We went to the 7:30 TSO show last night.... We had no problems getting in to park and no problems leaving the parking area !!! I guess some people just need to organize themselves a little better !!!!traffic leaving the 3:00 show and traffic going into the 7:30 show was no problem for us!!!! The wife and I had an outstanding time been to the Nutter Center for numerous occasions !!!
Tre Trans Siberian Orchestra is always great. We have seen them in US Bank Arena in Cincinnati . The Arena is much larger in Cincinnati. We didn't have to pay to park at the Nutter Center. That was a real plus. Thanks for a great experience!
