It was great to park and not have to worry about walking a mile , shuttle busses 🚌 were a great thing last night especially since it was so cold!!
Went to the Band Perry Concert. Great time and Great staff! Pretty easy getting in and out.
Went on 12/4 to see TSO- once inside everything was great, but the traffic, parking, and lines to enter were all ridiculous. I understand that it was sold out, but even so, there was zero organization for entry or exit. But still turned out to be an amazing show! I am going back next year :)
Worst traffic and crowd management venue in the area. Missed the first 30 minutes of the 7:30 TSO concert!!!
Worst venue for parking I have ever been to in my life. Please shut it down and don't hold any more events there! Fire everyone involved! Refund everyone's money! Total incompetence! Great show however. Please TSO, don't come back to the Nutter Center again. Someone please start a Go Fund me page to demolish the building and put it out of its misery!
We have been to the nutter center several times before. This is the first time that I have had the shuttle service to get from a remote parking lot. On the way out of the concert it was a pure cluster to get back on the shuttle (40+ minute wait, because the "crossing guard" ) wasn't able to control the crowd. At this point in not sure my family will be attending anything else at the nutter center. The Trans Siberia Orchestra put on a great show.
TSO was awesome as usual...The Nutter Center was the exact opposite. For anyone old enough to remember what happened in Cincinnati with the WHO in 79 is what comes to mind. 1 door open on the back of the building 30 minutes before the show began with a line of people several hundred deep. Of course you could park in back of the building and make the long walk around the perimeter of the arena ( not an easy walk ...all uphill. I hope TSO skips the Nutter Center from now on because they don't deserve to be able to host quality... read more
Loved TSO, but never going to the Butter Center for anything like this again......
The show was absolutely amazing as always but very disappointed of the unorganization of the entrances! This is the 3rd year my husband and I have gone and we have always arrived early and got in real fast but this year was horrible!! They had like 3 doors open and limited Staff who was rude!! They used to have several entry ways and got us right in!! I believe next year they need to have more Staff and entrances to get in with friendly staff!!
