Decent place to live. Except for the arrogant neighbours. Superintendant wont deal with their continuous dog shit issue. Repeat offender. Could have been dealt with already, but I wont stoop as low. One of these days I may call your office, seeing as you dont have an email, which I would use to send photos as proof. I would tell you who exactly, but its already been reported, as you have a book on this person(s) already. Right beside the pool even.
Management is quick resolve problems that arise. Buildings are well maintained.
I’ve lived on Parkside for a while now and the property manager has been fantastic. She’s very attentive and prompt when addressing maintenance requests etc. I would rent with Eiwo again!
Jackie Stroeder is the property manager, and has been nothing but great. Anytime I have reached out she has responded back to me in a timely manner and she is great for getting things done! When I started to rent with EIWO they were great with the application process and quick. I hear from new tenants it is the same way. Only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because our building is very outdated.. I think it would be nice to have the units renovated to a more up to date look! Kitchener/bathroom/flooring etc.
