Management is quick resolve problems that arise. Buildings are well maintained.
I’ve lived on Parkside for a while now and the property manager has been fantastic. She’s very attentive and prompt when addressing maintenance requests etc. I would rent with Eiwo again!
Jackie Stroeder is the property manager, and has been nothing but great. Anytime I have reached out she has responded back to me in a timely manner and she is great for getting things done! When I started to rent with EIWO they were great with the application process and quick. I hear from new tenants it is the same way. Only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because our building is very outdated.. I think it would be nice to have the units renovated to a more up to date look! Kitchener/bathroom/flooring etc.
They had construction for months on the parking lot, so I had to park on the street, I got tickets, they they won't even give me a letter saying they had construction and there was no parking here! No support. After all the years living through all the construction constantly, they redid the parking lot twice, every morning jackhammers (and I work nights), stuff leaking into the basement from above and onto my car, I never complained.
