Landlords actively do not address pest infestation issues and won’t fix much needed repairs. They say to write a note and submit it without any formal paper trail and then don’t even fix the issue. Garbage is all over inside and outside the buildings. They also clearly don’t care about tenants rights or that tenants have to throw out food because of their negligence. Terrible terrible people and pathetic CEO.

The customer management at this company is terrible. It’s the worst in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Save your time and go somewhere else. Especially at the 40 McGee building, their superintendent has a terrible attitude.
