Decent place to live.
The customer management at this company is terrible. It’s the worst in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Save your time and go somewhere else. Especially at the 40 McGee building, their superintendent has a terrible attitude.
Now I understand why you have such poor reviews and why people dislike your management team. Stay away from EIWO CANADIAN MANAGEMENT LTD, especially in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. I was looking for rent on 40 McGee Avenue and met the superintendent, Peter, who was incredibly rude from the start, both over the phone and in person. He acted like a stupid and was disrespectful.
