Started going here for the last two trimesters of my pregnancy. The ob-gyn nurses and doctor bergman are professional and are very efficient. Usually get seen before or exactly at the appointment time given. The front of staff can seem unwelcoming but they have a new receptionist that seems to have better social skills and gives a more welcoming vibe. Staff refused to let my daughter in because we were 10 minutes late! So unprofessional. She was having a bad infection on her lips and doctor mclouh refused to see her because we were 10 minutes late. It’s clear that he doesn’t care about his patients and is unprofessional.

This clinic is the worst ..Gonna change it a.s a.p...Horrible receptionist s in the front they be hogging up all the parking spots!!!and leave us patients w/out no parking spots and even be saving spots for their co workers w/ cones..bs...they dont even budge...Always a long wait .Hardly any appointment s available..Its like a raffle lol..careless staff...First come first serve..to get an appointment...Oh and also they dont let you use the restroom..to patient s..never seen tht b4!! This office is awful. Always have to wait over an hour even with being the fist appointment. The staff is extremely rude. I only come here because I like the pediatrician. I don’t recommend this office especially if you have a kid with special needs. Another thing, the doctors don’t know what they are talking about. Can’t even get the correct information for a referral. This place is horrible. The staff is uneducated and needs training on social skills. Stay away unless your desperate.
