They so quick to promote and sign you up for the WIC program and whatever classes they offering to receive anything. But they use to give it free as just by being a client in need of whichever you need. They use to have in person baby shower where they have diaper bags and items.... now the baby shower is on a zoom call with your typing answers for the raffles, games and your fasure not going to win anything. one of the most unorganized and weirdest clinics i have ever gone to in my entire life. these women are clueless and don’t care about your appointment times, when i’m working or on my day off i get bombarded with phone calls that i shouldn’t be getting when it’s not the scheduled time they put for me without checking in if i can even answer. they keep asking the same questions when i given them an answer so many times and i haven’t even been seen yet in person. it’s been a week of these unnecessary phone calls and i have no ... read more
This place is horrible. First pregnancy & it’s been so difficult. Staff doesn’t care at all & they’re rude at the front. Nothing is explained, they just hand you things & don’t give you the complete informations. I went in & first thing I said was I’m a diabetic which makes this a high risk pregnancy it’s my first & idk what to do. I needed my sugar checked but All they did was check my anemia & basically rushed me out of there because they were closing “soon” (in 40 min). I went to this center, in order to get a more affordable care. But they charge me as much as a private practice. It was chaotic. After taking the blood test, they never called me for results. Two months later, I went to get my lab results. And they expected me to pay for another visit, full price, in order to get my lab results reviewed by doctor and then they would give a copy of the results to me. So far I haven't received the proper prenatal care despite me having some concerns about my pregnancy ... I've been coming to this clinic for my 2 past pregnancies but so far for my 3 one it has not been great I've seen the changes and so far this clinic has gone downhill with their services I will be considering and looking elsewhere for my prenatal care since so far I'm not satisfied with their services. Please look elsewhere for your prenatal care that's if you want a healthy pregnancy and baby growth.
