Super friendly staff! We arrived with our pups in tow and the volunteer staff member at the entry gate already had a doggie treat in hand! Beautiful well-shaded hiking trials for our pups. Easy day trip from the DFW area.

As usual the park is a Gem that we never hope, ever that they or it goes way. The personnel at the reception center and gate are super duper friendly and helpful, employees and priceless volunteers! The park is clean and well maintained and policied, whereas it's a nice, family friendly place to go. Enjoyed our stay and will likely return again.
