Ive had a sleep study done but never got a callback concerning my results. One appointment was scheduled and it was suppose to be telehealth and I never got a call. Another appointment was eventually scheduled after calling the office which never answers their phone and once a second appointment was scheduled once that appointment came i never got a call again. Horrible office! I’ve been coming here for years and I’m going to be honest I only stayed for the location it’s near my house. But I want to start off with the staff that calls you to reschedule your appointment due to the doctor conflicts are RUDE! My appointment was rescheduled three times in a row! When you ask concerning questions the staff is extremely rude. I actually had to switch doctors offices due to this. I refuse to get treated like that over and over again! Nobody answers the phone at the sleep center, even if you leave voicemails no one calls you back. Horrible customer service
