I did an MRI on 07/10/2025 at this facility. Today is January 8th 2026, and I have not received the report yet. I had an appointment with the doctor who ordered the MRI, and his office has not received the report. There is no way to contact them for the report. What I understand is that a contract agency, "MEDICOM" is doing all radiology work for Einstein/Jefferson, and the service is too bad. All calls to them are going to the voice recorder, and no one contacts us back. Never go to this place for any imaging.
I moved out of state and later tried to get X-ray and MRI images from Einstein Radiology for continued care. According to my physical therapist, they are "the only office I've ever encountered that doesn't mail out disks." If you're a patient who wants access to your own imaging, you have to come IN PERSON, call an extension on a corded phone sitting by a half wall (strong prison vibes here), and wait for someone you'll never see to print out an access code for you.
