One of the main reasons I initially became a patient at this practice was because of Dr. Helm. She was a caring and passionate health care provider, who truly wanted the best for her patients. Her years of experience spoke for itself when it came time to diagnose and treat any ailments I was suffering from. I loved that when I relayed to her I was hesitant on taking medication, she either provided me with a natural remedy or point me into the right direction for it. My children are patients at Einstein Holland pediatrics. They did not have any available appointments today to see my daughter who is in pain and needed to be seen right away. We were send to wadeswoth branch today only to be spoken to rudely by the nurse that asked for my daughter’s weight and height. Not once was the nurse friendly or polite. Luckily the doctor was very nice.
