I regret not reading the reviews before scheduling. I took my son to an appointment today. We waited (3) weeks for the appointment, did all of the online paperwork in advance and showed up ten minutes early in case there was anything else to fill out. We arrived and were the only people in the waiting room. The nurse took us to an exam room and took some info from my son and then left saying the doctor would be in shortly. Never have I ever felt this way at a regular check up appointment….Expect a wait expect to be dismissed expect to be judged for having Medicaid the doctors here are disrespectful and not professional the way they treated me over a “Caucasian” patient is ridiculous and when you voice how medications have made you feel they still push them on you. Thanks for making me feel like I’m on Medicaid just to have kids and get public assistance. I will never come back and I suggest no one go here if you are a minority and want equal m... read more
