This was my 3rd visit at this office & definitely my last. My third visit and also the THIRD time I have waited 2 hours to be seen by Dr. Manin. All of my appointments have been between 9am-11am, so I’m unsure how a doctor could run so far behind so early on in the day. Upon walking out of my most recent appointment, the staff was so friendly to me, but they also acknowledged my frustration and acted as though this is a common problem. Do not waste your time here. I regret not reading the reviews before scheduling. I took my son to an appointment today. We waited (3) weeks for the appointment, did all of the online paperwork in advance and showed up ten minutes early in case there was anything else to fill out. We arrived and were the only people in the waiting room. The nurse took us to an exam room and took some info from my son and then left saying the doctor would be in shortly. Hey everyone, we are required to pay a copay right?! If the doctor is late, request a refund and call your insurance company and complain Cause you know what?!? If you're more than 15 minutes late, what do they make you do, RESCHEDULE!!! NOPE NOT FAIR!!

Never have I ever felt this way at a regular check up appointment….Expect a wait expect to be dismissed expect to be judged for having Medicaid the doctors here are disrespectful and not professional the way they treated me over a “Caucasian” patient is ridiculous and when you voice how medications have made you feel they still push them on you.
