I think when we call we are on the " pay me no mind list " I looked at reviews from three months ago and there is a complaint about not answering the phone after a very very very long wait ,and a promise from Jefferson to do better. Nope ,didn't get better as I experienced. This week I have been on hold three different days over one hour ,45 minutes and currently at 52 minutes . Do we not matter ? The doctor that my dad see’s is excellent and very caring! He really gets the job done! He really goes out his way to make sure my dad is well taken cared for. Now when you call that office you will be on hold for 1 hour before someone decides to pick up the phone!

I Said Mam What Do I Need To Give You. She Replied Real Mean! Your ID & Ins I Said "Wow Good Morning To You To! Then She Said "Oh Gm.From My Military exp.& Manager Exp.This Definitely Wouldn't Be Her First Complaint! Just Got To Leave Her In Jesus Hands.
