My new dr here is amazing and the staff are great. My care here has been prioritized so much better than my previous doctor did for me. I love this office.
Dr Pham is super amazing. Very thorough and shows so much empathy when I was at my lowest. However front end staff seems like they hate their job. Poor choices of words when they communicate with patients. Imagine checking in a pt and just being straight forward. Example: you have an appointment today? Yes- name? Jane id and insurance? I like my doctor, but it is ridiculous how no one in the front office ever picks up the phone. I waited on the line for over an hour and no one picked up. I called the previous day as well and waited 30 minutes with still no answer. Do better Jefferson. Put people first if you want to improve their lives.
