Should be ZERO ! Spent a week calling to get a question answered only to be hung up on a week later when she finally called back because she could not answer a simple question so decided to just hang up denying me necessary medical care!
First time meeting Dr.Samir Bhandutia (Dr.B) for back injection introduced himself explained procedure ask if I had any questions during my injection Dr. B. Explained what he was doing this put me at ease things went well I felt safe in his and staff hands
Highly disappointed in this Pain Center. Let me start off by saying I had successful Nerve Blocks w/ Dr. Ghaly. He allegedly left, & I was told Dr. Obroi would be taking on his patients down at the main hospital. I had a procedure scheduled for over a month ago, but they cancelled it & said I had to wait to meet Dr. Obroi. I asked MULTIPLE times if this pain doctor treats my conditions. I was told yes (even by their office manager!) Fast forward to today, I finally had my appointment, the one where they would meet me & resch... read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I got a botched epidural, was leaking spinal fluid and received no return communication for two weeks. I ended up in the ER. Einstein never even followed up about the whole experience. The doctor Mina Ghaly was leaving the practice and did not seem to care at all about the mess he was leaving behind. Horrible experience. Still dealing with the consequences of this 2 month later. I'm bed ridden and unable to work. Seek pain management elsewhere for your own sake.
