I will start by saying the facility itself and the nursing team are all lovely! Their billing department is an absolute disaster that will cost you tens of thousands of dollars. For 2/3 of my infusions they billed the wrong insurer. When I was scheduled to start a new infusion, they were unable to confirm coverage or provide an estimate, and seemed happy to provide services they will later bill me. Very bad experience They don't respect people's time After giving me an appointment and took all my information and insurance card, i come on my appointment and they tried to charge me money saying that they don't accept my insurance. Why you didn't tell me at first place the you don't take my insurance and make me wake up early in the morning and waist my time coming to you
