I wish I had looked at the other reviews, we needed an urgent appointment for my mom. So I took the first available, she requested off from work and we drove an hour. They tell me the appointment was at 2:45 not 3:45. So I explained to them it might be a mistake because I called the main office yesterday and I have it written down along with their address.
