I called the front desk at the Behavioral Health Center and spoke to Genay about a problem I was having getting a LabCorp order that was never sent over by my doctor. She was absolutely wonderful! She did everything in her power to correct the mistake, including talking to my physician and immediately sending over the proper prescription for the test before LabCorp closed in an hour. My psychiatrist, Dr. Noble, literally saved my life. She was thoughtful and involved me in my treatment plan. I've had two therapists at the location and both men have been thoughtful and kind. Finally, whether in person or on the phone, the receptionists have always been nice to me whether it was complimenting a ring on my hand or giving me a call back about an appointment. The absolute worst. Never followed up after my first appointment. Won’t ever call back. I’ve emailed, left messages, nothing. Don’t use their services if you have options.
