Ive had a sleep study done but never got a callback concerning my results. One appointment was scheduled and it was suppose to be telehealth and I never got a call. Another appointment was eventually scheduled after calling the office which never answers their phone and once a second appointment was scheduled once that appointment came i never got a call again. Horrible office! I’ve been coming here for years and I’m going to be honest I only stayed for the location it’s near my house. But I want to start off with the staff that calls you to reschedule your appointment due to the doctor conflicts are RUDE! My appointment was rescheduled three times in a row! When you ask concerning questions the staff is extremely rude. I actually had to switch doctors offices due to this. I refuse to get treated like that over and over again!
