Horrible office! I’ve been coming here for years and I’m going to be honest I only stayed for the location it’s near my house. But I want to start off with the staff that calls you to reschedule your appointment due to the doctor conflicts are RUDE! My appointment was rescheduled three times in a row! When you ask concerning questions the staff is extremely rude. I actually had to switch doctors offices due to this. I refuse to get treated like that over and over again! Nobody answers the phone at the sleep center, even if you leave voicemails no one calls you back. Horrible customer service
I recently had an awesome experience at Einstein Sleep Center. Let's start with hand hygiene- the staff definitely performed hand hygiene before and after care was given. I was very impressed. I'm always prepared to remind health care professions to wash their hands. At Einstein no reminder was needed. I was seen by Rebecca. She listened to my concerns and was so thorough during my visit. She took the time to explain everything.
