A man throw up in the emergency room and it took 20min for someone from house cleaning to come and clean it up.... This emergency room is just a joke from a TV show funny sitcom you are going to be here for hours I mean 6 or 10 hours good help us if this what we have to forward to.......
Please train your staff how to deal with a deaf person because I was annoyed when one nurse came up to my face with her phone and put it too close i told her to back up! Why would she come over to my face like that with an attitude??!! She invaded my boundaries you better handle this before I take action because this is asking for a lawsuit and please get new chairs cuz half of them were old and the bathrooms need to be cleaned
I went to the emergency room yesterday night at 11PM they made me wait 7 hours before I was able to see a nurse after my wife started complaining to the front desk. 7 hours at the emergency room I guess they took me for a homeless person who wanted shelter for the night. By the way my wife came to the hospital at 5AM because I told her I was getting worse.
Nieves stalks again. Ladies beware. He gives me the creeps He is always inconveniently where I am. This photo was from another time he stalked and harassed me as he took down my license plate number for parking in garage for an appointment so he knows my car plus it has a distinction. I have video footage of him waiting for me see to see him watch me as I come out from my friend's house who lives near the hospital. Bad vibes all around. It's documented here! I'm on alert ⚠️
If there were zero stars that’s exactly what this hospital would have gotten. No one seems to know an ETA on how long , and the only answer we got was “we’re waiting for a bed”! Staff should take lessons on Compassion, dignity and standard care, staff was rude and went tit for tat with patients (disgusting) . It’s so sad to have patients wait hours and hours in agony with no priority to treat. SMH gotta do better Jefferson Einstein. Get more beds , and train your staff social skills and compassion.
