I was just here with my dad, and I would just like to first commend Jalisa that works at the front desk. We have been to this office multiple times and every time I see how backed up this this young lady is. She rarely has help, but always has a smile on her face when calling up the pt. It's sad that you guys don't hire help, but I appreciate the even while in distress and clearly being over worked, she still treats her pts with respect and kindness.
