The office staff is horrible. Can’t say anything about the doctors because we couldn’t even get a normal appointment. Left so many messages, if a staff answered the phone, they would put on hold and hang up. Waste of time. The first impression always remembered and this office is awful! The doctors might be great but if the staff is horrible, patients don’t get to see the good doctors because of their staff!!!!!
This office is horrible! Took 2 months to get an appointment. Went to my appointment and was waste of time because, I was told they would get my reports from my primary. Made another appointment for 3 months later, still didn't get my reports. Waste of time and co-pay.
