Love this place great dr's
The two young ladies at the front desk are so unprofessional and rude. They role their eyes, they talk at you and not to you and please don't have a question you really have annoyed them. Dr.Hoellin left and so did the professionalism that they did have.
Horrible!! I scheduled an appt @6:40 was even sent a text several weeks prior to appt to confirm it. I arrived 15 minutes early to find the doors closed. I called several times and the answering service stated it was "after hrs" so unprofessional !!! I work in the medical field, so I know the 3rd party software they utilized sends you a text while the schedule sync. So someone was not doing their job to call patients, to inform them of any changes in the schedule. This is a sign for me to find another Dr. I expect profession... read more
