I'm sorry it took so long to write this review but I want to give my heart felt thanks to the guys at Ec for saving the day for my son. My son rode over a nail in the driveway while waiting to load up his bike for the Slushie Cup race. Our support crew (Dad) was already riding in the Iceman so Mom (me) had to quickly locate a bike repair shop that could get the job done. The repair tech had us in and out in less than 10 minutes. Customer service is what it's all about. These guys rock.
Dropped in looking to replace a left crank because the pedal screws were stripped. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the gentleman that helped me but he came out to my van and helped me unload my recumbent bike. Took a look and said he could help me Keep in mind he could have sold me a new crank at 10x the price but instead he pulled out a box of spare parts and had me on the road with the replacement for crank in 10 minutes for a very minimal charge. Highly recommend this store
Super awesome bike shop! We were having issues with my bike while on vacation and they fixed it right away at a super low fair price after another bike shop in the area told me it would be two weeks out to get it fixed! Very helpful knowledgeable friendly staff! Thankful we found this shop! It's our favorite in Traverse!
My two years old Hazel loves her new rear mounted child seat seat (even if I went too fast at first). The seat and her helmet I just bought from Einstein, the bike I got about the tests ago from them. Have to say, Einstein Cycle is the best bike shop. Great customer service, hilarious and knowledgeable staff who don't make you feel like you have to live and breathe cycling to come in and be treated well...they're ready to take care of average, low key riders like me who just want to have fun without wearing a professional je... read more
I rushed them to put together a bike Friday night for the race at Crystal. It turned out to be a great ride in the snow.
Great place! Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Best shop in state. Would love to persuade them to open one on Ferndale!
