Dustin runs a great shop and everyone is very knowledgeable. not pushy and will give you very straight forward answers when shopping different options of bikes or accessories. they even have a line of exclusive ti bike designed and built right here in Michigan!

No matter what your rating system is (5 stars, 10/10, two 👍🏼’s up), Einstein Cycles gets the top rating every time!! Absolutely the best customer service in Northern Michigan. I would highly recommend Einstein Cycle to anyone looking to buy a new bike. Jason and everyone there are very friendly and knowledgeable people. They are willing to help you out weather you are buying your first real bike like I just did or weather you own several they treat you with the same respect. Awesome place to do business. Einstein Cycle will be my go to bike shop from now on.
While on vacation in TC over the holiday week, I had an issue with my derailleur just before a morning ride. I mucked up the adjustment myself so I recalled a bike shop near my location. I was informed of another popular bike shop in town but I gave EC a shot being so close to my stay. I'M GLAD I DID! Walk in service, a quick fix, absolutely reasonable price and I was on the road again! I even stopped in for a coffee to go next door to them after loading up. Thanks for the outstanding quick service guys!
