Jason and his team (Dan, etc) rock! Stellar personal attention to make sure the bike is right for you. Major attention to detail and fit for the best performance and comfort for you. The store has a cool vibe and they have an honest, real love of cycling and are extremely knowledgeable about the sport. Check them out!
Picked up my new Bucksaw yesterday and I love it! Really appreciate Jason's guidance in building a versatile, awesome rig! Dan built me some sweet wheels and dialed-in my bike at pick-up. Great shop with a great team!
Picked up my new/used Salsa Mukluk from Jason and he made me feel anything but a #. Extremely professional and very personable,even tho his shop was full with other potential customers, he never made me feel like I was wasting his time. These guys are great and have won my business for years to come ,thanx again for all the help Jason.

This person has never been a customer of ours. She purchased a 1980's Toyota Huntsman RV from the shop owners long ago and expected it to be a 100% hastle free place to live. It was to be her home. The owners shared with her every bit of info that had on this rv. They had owned it for a year. After much time past she began to harass the owners. I didn't buy anything at the bike shop after riding my fat tire bike down there on the TART Trail, but I do have to mention the coffee bar that is just next door. Very nice people behind the bar and they even let me hang around a bit after closing time since I got there late right at 2pm on a Saturday. I'll be sure to buy some merchandise the next time I make my way over to Einstein Cycle.
