It’s a shame that these reviews are still a concern, my sister was recently taken there and my mom was told they couldn’t give any information, she could not speak to anyone so at this point we have no updates about my sister and it now has been 3 days.
Very disappointed in Einstein. Please do not go here or allow your loved ones to be admitted to this place. It took 6 days to get the doctor to give me any information. Between the rude nurse station workers (there was one nice one.. who gave me the social workers # but of course the social worker never return calls… only calls when it’s time for discharge), the dirty visiting room (seriously you are a hospital and the place was dirty 2 of three times I visited) and the overall “pass the buck” to the next helper who does not... read more
I’m very pissed off with this hospital how in the hell do y’all lose a 69 year old blind women and can’t tell her lawyer or power of attorney or family where she is in the CRC like I’m going to every news station I’m going to tell everything on how they lose my mother
Stay away from this place these people do not care they're only there for a paycheck I took my son there so many times to only see that he has been let right back out on a 72-hour hold he would make it home before me I will never go there again now 20 years later I'm still going through it
It's a shame how mental health is not taken seriously, to get a loved one help you have to wait for them to harm themselves or others to be able to get a 302 put in place......I will say the security guards and front desk workers are more help then doctors!
