We adore Dr. Chen, who adores our kiddo and has been his doctor since he was born 14 months ago. Dr. Chen is knowledgeable, so attentive, caring, and sensible. We hope our kiddo can continue to receive Dr. Chen's care for years to come.
Dr. Chen has been an excellent Pediatrician! She truly listens and shows genuine care. She took extra time to listen to a complicated health issue our daughter had encountered. She sent us to the right specialist and took the time to explain everything.
Took my son for sick visit. First thing she asked my son “what can I do for you?” He’s 7 years old. He is sick that’s why we are here. I thought what an odd question to ask a child. Seemed rushed which I can understand how overworked the pediatrician are, visits are double booked and they probably don’t get a break. Dr. Chen is not empathetic and just treated my son as another child visit to meet her quota.
