We enquired on a property they had listed in pullenvale. The delta between price advised on the enquiry to be worth visiting was 1.3m more than the final expected price.... what a bunch of time wasters. They also listed the property at a very low price range on realestate. Never returned any calls. Edit: changing the rating as they made an effort to contact me to advise that this pricing was due to change in owner expectations. I engaged this company on 03 Feb 2025 to sell my 3 bed home in Boronia Heights. From day one of a 3 month sales contract there were multiple professional & administrative errors by the Eight Property Group, including poor advertising skills, poor photography and they had to be constantly reminded or coached into amending consistant errors.
