5 Stars!! Car buying can be stressful, but not with Eide Hyundai! We had an amazing experience with Chris M. our salesman and the rest of the Hyundai staff. They were knowledgeable and made a relaxed environment for me and my family. I will recommend this business for anyone wanting to buy, lease, or sell a vehicle in our area!
I want to say my used truck buying experience was exceptional. No body pressured me out on the lot like other dealers. The prices were on the vehicles instead of having to talk to a sales representative to get basic information. Chris was very informative without any pressure and offered a very fair trade value. After my truck was delivered to Bemidji I had a starter go bad and the dealership immediately offered to take care of the problem. I am thrilled with my overall experience! I visited Eide Hyundai last week knowing I needed a new car but unsure of what to get. Nick and Chris were both so helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding in the whole process that was very foreign to me! I got a new vehicle I absolutely love and they made it so easy!
