After much leg work looking for the right car for us, we purchased our Hyundai Sonata vehicle. Eide’s sales people were great; very helpful, showing us all the features in our new car. They even introduced us to the service area! They have continued to eagerly help us with questions regarding tech questions. Pricing on the vehicle was fantastic, and we were given a very good price on our trade. I see a great relationship with Eide Hyundai going forward!
My car broke down the other day, and I called Eide for some help. I’ve had my old car in the shop so many times that I finally decided that I should just look for a new vehicle. Kenny helped me learn about some options for vehicles, and after a few test drives I found the one I really liked! Brian the salesman was very nice, professional and patient when it came to my wife not knowing for sure what she wanted. And once we did decide Brian did a really well job of going over how the car function and explaining he option with the car.The finance department was very informational as far as going over every detail. My only issue was the wait time.
