We were driving from Minneapolis to Duluth, during the trip we had an electrical failure. We were very fortunate to be able to get off the exit and pull into Eide service center. It was a friday at 2:30P, Cary was the representative to help us, they had to order a part and we were relieved to know that they would be able to perform the work and get us back on the road very quickly! Extremely dishonest management at this business. I have first hand experience about their day to day operations. The GM Randy often refers to the people in the surrounding area as "wood ticks" because they are "uneducated" and not from the cities, like himself. He is only running Eide Auto Center over an hour from his home because he made such a terrible reputation for himself in the twin cities that he can't get a job there anymore.
